In relation with the international conference “White Paper and Beyond: Tertiary Education Reform in the Czech Republic” organized by the Czech Ministry of Education, we invite you to a media briefing and a press conference.

I. Media Briefing: OECD will evaluate Czech reform of university education

Time and Date: 16 October 2009, 8:30 to 9:00 hours
Venue: Lichtenstejnsky palac, U Sovovych mlynu 4, Praha 1
Participants: Gregory Wurzburg (OECD), Thomas Weko (OECD), Richard Yelland (OECD), Anita Lehikoinen (OECD)
Subject: The Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) will announce main expert findings regarding the Czech reform of tertiary education.
Note: Interpreting to Czech will be available.

II. Press Conference of the Czech Ministry of Education

Time and Date: 16 October 2009, 14:00 to 14:45 hours
Venue: Lichtenstejnsky palac, U Sovovych mlynu 4, Praha 1
Participants: Minister of Education Miroslava Kopicova, Rudolf Hanka (University of Cambridge), Jakub Fischer (head of project expert team)
Subject: Minister will comment OECD’s.
